Sole Vibin Society Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Returns after 7 days are not eligible for refunds.

Item Condition

Items must be:

    •    New and unused

    •    In original packaging with tags and accessories

    •    Free of wear, damage, odor, or alteration

    •    Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Shoes worn on the mat, outdoors, or for training are considered used and cannot be returned.

Refunds (Within 7 Days)

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. If unavailable, store credit may be issued. Processing takes 3–7 business days.

Exchanges

    •    Within 7 days: size, color (if available), or defects

    •    After 7 days: unworn items may be exchanged for equal value only (no refunds or price differences)

All exchanges depend on availability and approval.

Defective Items

Customers must contact the manufacturer first. If unresolved, Sole Vibin Society may review the situation and determine a resolution.

Online Orders

7-day return window starts at delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Pop-Up & Event Purchases

Same 7-day policy. Items must be returned in-store or shipped back within the return window.
